Commercial applications such as offices, gyms, changing rooms can also be comprehensively satisfied.
For kitchen applications our BVE250 ceiling fan exceeds the current Building Regulations required airflow for kitchens (minimum 60 L/s) to enable the unit to be sited anywhere in a kitchen ceiling, not simply above or adjacent to the cooker hob (minimum 30 L/s).
This provides great flexibility in terms of kitchen layout and design. More importantly it facilitates kitchen layout design choices to be made post-construction stage by the interior designers and home buyers.
The current trend for island cooker hobs can be easily accommodated. Using the BVE250 leaves sight lines free up to ceiling height, and avoids the significant expense of floating ceiling cooker hoods, whilst our BVE250 also gives true exhaust (ducted in the ceiling void to exterior wall) rather than the less satisfactory re-circulating style of cooker hood extractors.
The BVE250 can also be very effective in gyms, shower rooms, and changing rooms exhausting 60 L/s of air.
For utility rooms and bathrooms our BVE120 series is available in 4 different design options (3 of them suitable for utility room ventilation rates of minimum 30 L/s). All models fit in between standard 400 mm rafter spacing’s, and in most cases within available ceiling depths (see each model dimensions for exact clarification).
Design aesthetics- Various options for grills. Attractive LED Light panel option in cool white with 20 Watt in built light. Removable slide out filter for cleaning.
Energy saving- Incorporation of DC motors with on board conversion directly of the AC supply voltage means very low energy consumption of all models (always less than 0.3 Watts per L/s).
Generally twice the minimum airflow (25, 31 and 33 L/s depending on model) required by Building Regulations for bathroom applications (15 L/s for bathrooms, 6 L/s for toilets).
Quiet in operation -Due to the use of forward curved blower technology end users will love the quiet operating noise of these units which are lower than the general market offerings of traditional wall mounted axial AC motor fans which move half the comparative air volume.
